Project Summary

This project was completed for a repeat client with whom we've worked on numerous projects over the years, including exterior updates, deck builds, window replacements, home additions, and bathroom renovations. 

Key updates to this home include:

  • Main Level Addition with Expansive Windows & Door: Integrated large windows and an 18x8 multi-slide door to maximize natural light and foster effortless indoor-outdoor flow.
  • Flooring Updates: Installed elegant Manhattan marble in the entryway and beautifully refinished maple flooring throughout the main level, enhancing the home’s warmth and sophistication.
  • Lower-Level Bedroom Expansion: Enlarged the bedroom into a spacious ensuite bath featuring a custom-tempered glass wall, flooding the space with natural light while adding square footage and functionality.

This remodel perfectly merges modern elegance with the home’s natural surroundings, delivering a luxurious and inviting space that celebrates Minnesota’s beauty year-round.
